THROWING EMULATOR

It has long been assumed that throwing a baseball hard is a “God given talent”. You either have it or you don’t. If you don’t believe that you can gain additional throwing speed, you will be stunting your own progress.

The Throwing Emulator was designed to strengthen all of the muscles and connective tissue used to throw a baseball.  It will prevent the player from developing bad throwing mechanics because it forces the player to work the throwing muscles in the proper throwing sequence.

In order to increase your baseball throwing speed safely, you should be aware of some training facts. Never allow a pitcher under the age of 14 to try and strength train his or her throwing muscles. Because their body is still very pliable, it is much easier for this younger pitcher to do permanent damage to their throwing muscles. If a young pitcher (14 or older) is going to train their throwing muscles they need to do it correctly. Stay away from rubber bands and weighted balls. Neither of these training aids duplicates the different levels of resistance your throwing muscles encounter when throwing.

If you want to avoid an injury, you must train all of the throwing muscles and connective tissue equally. When you throw a baseball your power level during the throwing movement changes. The throwing muscles include muscles from your toes to your finger tips. When you start to move the baseball forward with your lower body, you have much more power to move the ball than you do when you release the ball. At the point where you release the ball, the power in your wrist is much weaker than the power of your legs. If your training routine does not reflect this difference of power with the appropriate different level of resistance, you are in danger of tearing muscles and connective tissue.

The Throwing Emulator is designed to duplicate or emulate these different levels of resistance in the appropriate places. In the video you can see an oval shaped wheel moving. This is the cam. It changes the level of resistance in different places. When you start the throwing movement with your lower body, the resistance level is at its highest. When positioning your hand to release the ball, the resistance level drops to 20% of the initial resistance. When you allow your hand to go backward, you should do this in the reverse sequence as coming forward. This stretches the connective tissue as well as strengthening throwing muscles. Conditioning in these two areas is extremely important to increasing throwing velocity safely.

The end result is this. If you purchase a Throwing Emulator we will guarantee you an additional 5 MPH on your fast ball in 60 days or you will receive your money back. This machine will condition all of the muscles used in throwing and it will do it in a very short period of time. Additional emphasis is put on proper form for the Throwing Emulator because you are only using one arm for the work out. The negative resistance when the swing arm is going backward works especially well for creating the flexibility in the connective tissue that is necessary to throw hard and without injury.

We have customized a specific rotator cuff exercise program for all throwing motions. In order to exercise the exact combination of muscles an individual player uses to stop the forward movement of their arm, rotator cuff exercises must be different for each player and their throwing angles. Our instructional video tape shows how to perform these exercises in order to develop stop motion muscles equally with the throwing muscles.

If you want to strengthen your throwing muscles effectively, you must train all the throwing muscles equally. The THROWING EMULATOR does this better than any throwing training aid ever. The Throwing Emulator is adjustable for plane angle, arm length and weight resistance. It will adjust for any throwing angle from straight overhand to side arm. We have a list of clients that you can call who have purchased this incredible machine. We will be glad to give you their phone number and you may talk to them about their experience. The Throwing Emulator can easily be the edge a player needs to get that college scholarship or be drafted to play professional baseball.
